Scope of Work
Dave’s Odd Jobs, LLC is not a licensed contractor and does not perform work requiring state or local permits. Services are limited to minor home repairs, light carpentry, installations, minor fabrication, hauling, yard work, and general odd jobs that do not alter structural components or building systems.
Services are intentionally focused on small-scale, niche projects.
Excluded Services Include (but are not limited to):
- Structural or load-bearing work
- Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or gas line work
- Roofing, foundations, or major remodels
- Work requiring permits or inspections
- Engineering, architectural, or trade-licensed services
- Anything that's dumb, different, or dangerous (I learned this in my Air Force career)
Any instructional or DIY assistance is provided for general guidance only. Clients assume responsibility for work they perform themselves following instruction.
